Do I qualify for rebates?
Yesβevery qualifying solar system in Australia receives the STC discount under the federal Small-scale Renewable Energy Scheme. Itβs not means-tested; we assign the STCs at install and apply the value as an upfront price reduction.
For eligible owner-occupiers, Solar Victoria offers additional rebates/interest-free loans with criteria like income caps, property value caps, prior rebate status, and system age/condition. We check your eligibility during the quote and handle the application if you qualify.
Do I need a battery right now?
Not always. We size solar first, then show the battery as an optional add-on (with backup circuits for essentials). If itβs not worth it, weβll say so.
Whatβs included in your install?
Design, Installation, remote monitoring setup, inspection and handover β all to NETCC standards with CEC-listed gear.

How do you size my system?
We analyse your bill interval data (or usage pattern), roof space, orientation and goals (bill savings vs backup), then show solar-only vs solar+battery options.
Which brands do you recommend and why?
We specify CEC-listed gear only. For most homes we quote JA/LONGi panels with Fronius/GoodWe inverters and Sigenergy/Dyness batteries β balancing performance, warranty and value. Weβll explain trade-offs plainly.
Will I still get a bill?
Yes, but typically much lower. A battery can reduce night-time imports and provide backup β weβll show the numbers so you can decide.
Whatβs the warranty?
Panels up to 25-yr product, inverters/batteries 10-yr, and our workmanship warranty. All details are on your quote.
Do you handle rebates?
Yes. We confirm eligibility, prepare the application and apply it to your pricing.
How long does install take?
Most systems are installed in 1β2 days. We book inspection promptly and hand over the app before we leave.
What about maintenance?
Little ongoing work is needed. We recommend a periodic visual check and a clean if heavily soiled; we can assist if required.
